Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Anthony & Luca’s Pizza Kitchen, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and order issues are handled.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if preparation has not yet begun. Once an order has entered the preparation process, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible using the phone number listed on our Contact page.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- An order was charged but could not be fulfilled.
- The incorrect order was prepared or delivered.
- The food was significantly different from what was ordered.
- An authorized refund has been approved by restaurant management.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

If there is a problem with your order, such as:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Food quality concerns
- Delivery issues
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Orders
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, delays alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Third-Party Ordering Platforms
Some online orders may be processed through authorized third-party ordering platforms. If your order was placed through one of these platforms, your refund may also be subject to that platform’s policies and payment procedures.
